81% of BackerKit Surveys Completed - New Sets and New Art!

Post-Kickstarter Update #3
Only one week in and we've already had 81% of Backers submit their surveys. Thanks! There are about 240 of you who will be getting reminders shortly, so if you haven't filled it out yet, check your email for that.
One thing we got multiple messages about is what happens next, if you're not 100% sure this is important to understand:
When do I select my Sleeves and rewards?
You've Kickstarted a platform. AlterSleeves.com will be a marketplace where people can buy (and sell) custom-designed Alter Sleeves. So you, our backers, will be the first to use the Marketplace to select your individual sleeves and reward sets. Here's how it will look:
BackerKit - If you haven't already, confirm your reward, add anything else you want.
Late June we'll add that info to the marketplace (on AlterSleeves.com) and send you access to your AlterSleeves account.
Mid/Late-July you can start browsing all of the available Alter Sleeves and potentially adding some to your cart.
Late July / Early August - We officially open for Super Haste - if you are part of that phase, you get to select which sleeves and rewards you want, checkout using your Credits and we print and ship.
Three weeks later is Haste, then 3 weeks later is Normal and Pre-Orders.
New Designs for Sets
We'll be getting more set designs every week, so make sure you are participating in our surveys and giving feedback in our social channels to the artists submitting designs. In order to encourage we'll be running a weekly contest starting next week, where you, the Backers and the Artists, in our Discord will vote on your favorite new sets. Since we just announced it, we're giving two weeks for the first submissions:

ost-Kickstarter Update #2
Kickstarter has released the funds which means we can start sending out BackerKit tomorrow. Please take your time and go through the process to confirm your reward selection and delivery information.
Keep in mind, unlike most Kickstarters we are not in a rush to get these submitted though. We will give you a regular update pushing you to submit, but they are only needed to populate your user accounts on the Alter Sleeve site in late June. (For a reminder on timelines please see the last Update)

New Design Contest Starting Next Week
Lastly, we're going to be running weekly contests starting next week featuring the new sets uploaded by Artists: for each Set we're going to reward the top scoring design as decided by you and the other artists a small cash prize. We hope this encourages them to upload the designs throughout the runup to the storefront opening instead of waiting and uploading them all at the end; keep an eye out for that at the end of next week.

Post-Kickstarter Update #1
It's been a crazy week. On top of the successful Kickstarter, I've been out of the country for work which has made it real difficult for me to put the update together I wanted. So this week, I'm just going to give a quick summary of what was accomplished this week, and a brief timeline of what's coming.
Actions of the Week
Even though it was an "off" week with the international traveling and work, we still got a lot done.
We signed with BackerKit who will be helping with Reward confirmation, post-Kickstarter add-ons and our pre-orders for anyone who mmissed the Kickstarter
We ordered the Printer!!! It will take a month to receive and 3 days to set-up but Mid-June we will begin rolling out our next round of artist tests
We were invited to the global printing exhibition in Germany. We'll be looking for new technology and processes we can bring to Alter Sleeves
We found a potential US partner for printing. More details to come, but this could dramatically reduce shipping times to the US.
Timelines
For those curious about timelines, here's what we have right now:
Mid-May
In the next Two Weeks we'll send out Backer Kit invites. There is no rush to complete this, you'll just want this done by the time we open the platform for users mid-July.
Early June
We launch the Artist profile section of the platform. Artists can login in, confirm all of the sleeves they've uploaded and sign up for commission slots
Mid-June
We receive the Printer and immediately begin running batches of test sleeves, working on color matching, adhesion and matte/gloss effects - Artists and some Content Creators will begin receiving kits for reviewing
Late June, Early July
We launch User profiles and begin uploading BackerKit data. If you have a commission, now will be the time to login and find your artist and begin working through what you want.
Late July, Early August
Super Haste Backers will be given access to the store and can begin selecting their sleeves and rewards. Shipping will begin immediately.
All other phases, Haste, Normal Kickstarter and Pre-Order will all follow.
Please note, these are our targets. We're going to be very transparent with you about every step in the process. If we have any delays you'll be the first to know.

After an exciting month, the Alter Sleeves Kickstarter has finally finished with our goal reached and then some...including our Stretch Goal! The generosity and confidence in the product we've seen through the pledges is truly humbling and exceeds all expectations.
Now begins the exciting part: we are going to take the money we have raised to buy the special printer we need, in addition to other supplies so we are ready to alter your decks in an unprecedented way.

It's official: we've met our goal

It's official: Alter Sleeves have met our Kickstarter goal! Which means you will be the first people in the world to receive Alter Sleeves. But there's still some time left if you want to make any adjustments to your pledges.
But why? you might ask if you're already happy with the items in your reward tier. Well firstly we have a Stretch Goal courtesy of legendary artist Titus Lunter: if we reach $60,000 then this exclusive set of sleeves will be available to everyone who pledged to the Knight reward tier ($100) and above.
Secondly you have time to add $30 (or equivalent) to your pledge which grants you four sleeves of your choice from our library when we launch at the end of July*. Sleeves will retail at $8 each but by buying this pack you can get more sleeves, for less, before anyone else.
We do truly want to say thank you though to every person who has backed us so far: this is truly a dream come true. We are TCG enthusiast that feel blessed to share this idea and have people respond to it so enthusiastically; this is just the beginning.

*when you have access to the library is dependent on whether your reward qualifies as Super Haste (1st group), Haste (2nd group) or normal (3rd group). If you bought a normal package but don't want to wait that long, we still have some packages with Haste bonuses.
